We provide our services throughout the United Kingdom. Tell us where your event will take place and we will confirm travel arrangements in your proposal.

For weddings and larger events, we recommend getting in touch 9 to 12 months ahead. Smaller celebrations and corporate occasions can often be planned within 2 to 4 months, subject to availability. If your event falls outside our recommended planning window, please submit an enquiry. Please be advised that late booking fees may apply to short-notice events.

Choose full planning for end-to-end support, partial planning when you have already made a start, or on-the-day coordination so the team can manage the final details and event delivery.

Yes, a 20% non-refundable booking retainer secures your date in our calendar once your quotation has been approved and invoice provided.

Absolutely. We are happy to meet on a video call for the initial consultation, with in-person planning and site visits scheduled as your event approaches.

Cancellation terms are set out in your booking agreement. The booking retainer is non-refundable, while further costs depend on planning already completed and supplier commitments made for your event.
